We are looking for your suggestions on how to improve our Neighborhood and make it a safe place to live. At this time, we have been brainstorming several ideas:

As I stated at the meeting, we will now start to form the structure of the NW. The handout detailed the roles that I have identified as appropriate for our neighborhood. It is made up of information found on the web and provided to me by the Shelby County Crime Prevention department. Since we are used to being referred to by our sections, I thought it most appropriate to use those.

I have already received volunteers for the positions of Block Captains for several sections as you can see below. D and P2 have not been confirmed. If you already have a block captain, but want to help in that role, let me know. You can email the webmaster.

My plan is to get with each section's volunteers and understand their concerns and work out an action plan with them. I am open to any and all suggestions, and am learning things as we go along.
