Note concerning Garage Sales in Mirror Lakes:  The residents of Mirror Lakes voted to NOT have Garage Sales because of the minimal amount of parking areas. The Board approved that vote.

In late Sept or Early October, the residents of Mirror Lakes voted overwhelmingly to allow a one time garage sale. The Board had to pass a resolution to ALLOW it since it had already agreed with the decision to not allow them. The resolution was made and passed at the October 2002 meeting.

Therefore, yard sales are not allowed in Mirror Lakes unless special consideration is given the matter by the Board.
